The experience of listening to music and attending live performances has long been integral to my identity. I felt compelled to explore more deeply the physiological dimensions of the uniquely human experience of music—how sound moves beyond entertainment to shape emotion, memory, and the body itself. To ground this exploration in something personal, this booklet also features some of the songs that have moved me most profoundly.
